Chika has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 1996. She has trained varied populations from teens to the elderly. She has also earned her Master’s degree in Human Movement. She started Results Personal Training that specializes in functional training and enhancing clients’ lives by using corrective techniques to correct posture, prevent and recover from injury, reduce joint pain, and enhance sports performance. Marc has over 27 years of experience in strength training that began for him while working at Austin’s Texas Athletic Club in 1979. In 1986, TAC closed and Marc moved on to Mike Graham’s newly opened Hyde Park Gym, where he honed his training techniques and built gym equipment for 20 years. Included in the mix is over 10 years of massage therapy / injury management and it is this unique combination along with a genuine care for his clients and gym members that earned him Austin Chronicle’s Best Trainer with Hearts and Smarts in 2004.

Jana hails from West Texas. She is a personal trainer with a fun and unique personality that inspires and motivates individuals through every session. She has been a personal trainer since 2004 and is very diverse in her approach to each individual’s goal/s. She seeks to bring fun, creative, effective, safe workouts to each session. Her philosophy is to expand each individual’s knowledge on how to stay fit and healthy that will continue with them throughout their life while achieving their fitness goal/s. She has experience training in weight reduction, sport specific, circuit, plyometric, core stability, corrective exercise, pre/post pregnancy, and rehabilitative.

Jana enjoys the great outdoors, so during her off time she likes to camp, hike, and travel. She also enjoys Austin’s many lakes, which keep her busy wakeboarding, tubing, and just relaxing. She likes to be up to date on all the hot new techniques of fitness so she loves to expand her knowledge by attending fitness seminars or by reading research articles.

Katie believes that exercise should be fun and appropriately challenging for all levels and ages. She brings an east-west combination to her training system, integrating yoga movements with weights and using yoga therapy to prevent and correct dysfunctions. As a Certified Natural Trainer, she can be a minimalist when it comes to equipment, believing body weight to be our most effective tool. She is also an Egoscue PAS I posture alignment specialist and is able to address and correct posture related joint pain that prevents people from doing the activities they enjoy. Katie’s goal is for her clients to leave each session feeling better than when they arrived.
