It is our belief that anyone who walks through our doors is already a few steps ahead because they are taking a proactive approach to his or her own health and well-being. That makes it our job to be the best resource of fitness education and encouragement for our community.

Muscle Maintenance Program

Based on our experience, we create highly individualized fitness programs that pay special attention to each member’s goals, preferences, body type, and physical history. We also believe that in order for anyone to truly incorporate self-care, we bring a new level of awareness to our members on how their own body works and what the most fun, efficient, and safest ways are to attain their goals. We do this because we want the community to take their health into their own hands and build a foundation of healthy habits for themselves that will continue to support them for their entire life.

Active Therapy Program

This holistic approach of therapeutic training uses exercises with a focus in self-care that re-educates your body so that it works more efficiently and without pain. When used concurrently with specific massage therapy techniques, the trauma in the body can be isolated and ultimately, retrained to function to its greatest potential. This type of approach works well with all levels of physical fitness – from the beginner to the advanced. We will create an enhanced fitness program that will work with you and can help you begin reach your athletic endeavors as quickly as possible. | Trainer/Therapist: Marc Frazier
